RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

A More Proactive Way to Care for Your Home's Plumbing

Three Levels of Support for SWFL Homeowners

Most homeowners don’t think about their plumbing until something stops working, starts leaking or creates an unexpected disruption.
The Southwest Plumbing Solutions Maintenance Program gives homeowners a more proactive approach—with scheduled plumbing care, documented observations, member service benefits and increasing levels of priority and savings based on the plan you choose.

PROACTIVE PROPERTY CARE

Small Plumbing Concerns Are Easier to Address When You Know They're There

Your home’s plumbing operates every day behind walls, beneath fixtures and throughout equipment that may receive very little attention until something changes.
Valves can become difficult to operate. Small leaks can develop. Fixtures can begin running inefficiently. Water heaters can accumulate service needs. Drain performance can change gradually.
A maintenance program creates regular opportunities to review visible plumbing conditions, document developing concerns and decide what deserves attention before you’re forced to make a decision during an unexpected problem.
Plumbing Problems Don't Always Begin as Emergencies
Many plumbing concerns develop gradually before creating an obvious disruption.
Age, use, water conditions, seasonal occupancy and previous repairs can all affect system performance.
Knowing what was observed, serviced or recommended gives homeowners a clearer history when planning future plumbing work.
MORE THAN A SERVICE CALL

Build an Ongoing Relationship With Your Plumbing Company

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT

A Practical Review of the Plumbing Systems You Depend On

Maintenance visits are designed to evaluate accessible plumbing components, document visible conditions and identify items that may deserve attention. The exact scope depends on your membership level, property, plumbing configuration and selected add-ons.

Fixtures & Connections

Visible faucets, toilets, supply connections and accessible plumbing fixtures may be reviewed for obvious concerns.

Shutoff Valves

Accessible plumbing shutoff components can be reviewed for visible condition and operation where appropriate.

Water Heater

Visible water-heater condition, connections and applicable maintenance needs may be reviewed according to the system type.

Drains

Discuss slow, recurring or unusual drain behavior and identify situations where professional drain service may be appropriate.

Visible Piping

Review accessible plumbing lines and connections for visible concerns.

Water Pressure / Performance

Discuss noticeable changes in household plumbing performance that may warrant additional diagnosis.

Leak Indicators

Document visible signs that could indicate a plumbing concern requiring additional evaluation.

Plumbing Recommendations

Provide recommended next steps for conditions that fall outside the included maintenance scope.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR PROPERTY CARE

Add Services Based on Your Home's Needs

Not every home has the same plumbing system—and not every homeowner needs the same maintenance services. Eligible members can add selected preventive or specialty services to create a program better suited to the property.

Water Heater Care

Preventive services associated with eligible residential water-heater systems.
SPS’s current standalone pricing guide lists a standard Water Heater Flush at $189, providing a useful retail-value reference when determining membership inclusions or add-on pricing.

Drain & Sewer Preventive Services

Optional drain-related preventive service for homes that need more proactive attention.
Current standalone SPS pricing includes:
These retail values can be used to communicate membership value where those services or credits are included.

Leak & Water-System Evaluation

Additional diagnostic services may be selected or quoted when the property has suspected water-loss or piping concerns.
Current standalone Leak Detection pricing is $395–$695.

Main Water Shutoff / Valve Service

Eligible valve inspection, exercising, repair or replacement can be handled separately where required.
Current standalone main shutoff-valve service is listed at $295–$495.

Water Quality & Treatment

Water filtration, softening and treatment services should remain separately authorized specialty services unless specifically included in a plan or add-on.

Seasonal Property Services

Seasonal homeowners may combine membership with services associated with preparing a home for extended absence or returning the plumbing system to normal use.

Storm-Season Services

Members can be routed into appropriate pre-storm or post-storm plumbing services when those options apply.

BUILT FOR SOUTHWEST FLORIDA LIVING

Especially Valuable When This Isn't Your Only Home

Seasonal ownership creates an additional challenge: plumbing systems remain in the property even when you’re hundreds or thousands of miles away.
A maintenance relationship gives seasonal homeowners a local plumbing resource with an established record of the property, planned service opportunities and a clearer process when plumbing attention is needed.
For homeowners who leave Southwest Florida for extended periods, SPS can also provide specialized support focused on plumbing preparation, shutoff planning and return-to-service needs.

SIMPLE FROM THE START

How the SPS Maintenance Program Works

01

Choose Your Plan

Compare Essential, Priority and Premier and select the level of preventive care that best fits your home.

02

Submit Your Property Information

Tell us about your home, plumbing system and any known concerns.

03

Confirm Eligibility

SPS reviews the property and determines whether the home qualifies for standard program pricing or requires additional terms based on size, complexity, condition or accessibility.

04

Establish Your Maintenance Schedule

Once enrolled and approved, your eligible preventive services can be scheduled according to your selected plan.

05

Maintain, Document & Plan

SPS documents observed concerns, completes applicable included maintenance and provides recommendations when additional plumbing work should be considered.
BUILT AROUND THE PROPERTY

Membership Pricing Assumes a Standard Residential Plumbing System

Homes vary considerably in size, plumbing configuration, equipment and complexity.
Standard membership pricing is intended for qualifying residential properties that fall within established SPS program limits.
Some homes may require custom pricing, additional service credits or separate authorization.

MEMBER REPAIR BENEFITS

If We Find a Repair Need, You Stay in Control

The purpose of maintenance is to help identify concerns and provide better information—not to automatically authorize additional work. If a condition requires repair, replacement or specialty service, SPS will explain the concern and provide the appropriate pricing or proposal before separately authorized work begins.
Eligible membership discounts can then be applied to qualifying repairs according to your selected plan and program terms.

ESSENTIAL

PRIORITY

PREMIER

Subject to final annual or per-service savings cap and qualifying-service limitations.
Member repair savings do not mean unlimited repairs are included with membership. Discount eligibility, maximum savings, excluded work and any applicable waiting periods should be governed by the final Maintenance Program Terms & Conditions.
